با سلام
ببینید بهتره دلیل شکست ها بر سی شود گاهی درسته اراده قوی و انگیزه باعث می شود هر زمین خوردنی تجربه ای شود برای زندگی بهتر ولی طبیعتا این طور هم نمی شود تصمیم گرفت  .و گفت  که  همیشه  مساله به این سادگی است
اگر دلیل شکست این باشد که هدف که مثلا موفقیت تحصیلی خاص است بسیار ایده ال نگرانه طراحی شده و با سطح توانایی و استعداد شما فاصله دارد خب هر چقدر تلاش کنید ممکنه دوباره نتیجه ای حاصل نشود
و البته شکست های متوالی علی رغم تلاش فرد را اصطلاحا دچار درماندگی اموخته شده می کند یعنی فرد یاد می گیرد که  باید درمانده باشد و اصلا دیگر تلاشی نمی کند حتی اگر شرایط مساعد باشد .
دلیل دیگر علاوه بر سطح توانایی ها  ممکنه مساله مربوط باشد به شرایط و فراهم بودن الزامات که طبیعتا وفتی اینچنین نیست نمی توانید انتظار بالایی داشته باشید .
